Refund policy

We want you to love your LuckyBird Blanks. If by chance, you do not, you have 10 days from receipt of your package to send the product back.

Standard Returns:
Canceled orders or returns of unwanted merchandise in original condition must be approved in advance by emailing us at info@luckybirdblanks.com. Canceled or returned orders will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee, plus applicable return shipping charges.

Defective Merchandise Returns:
If there is a problem with the quality of the product you purchased, we will exchange it at no cost to you. Defective merchandise must be approved in advance by emailing us at info@luckybirdblanks.com with photographic evidence of any issues.
